There are a lot of people with brilliant ideas which are easily marketable, and with the unemployment problems in the country there are a lot of people who are choosing to market their skills and start their own companies.  There are a lot of reasons to become your own boss, but to ensure that you are a successful self-employed person it is important that you start your company with the right financial backing.  The article on The Telegraph lists a few different ways in which you can save yourself money through your tax payments.  It is important to register yourself as self-employed with the tax man so that you are not penalized from receiving the state pension.  It is also advisable to ensure that you employ the services of a reputable accountant if you choose to start a company that requires accounting advice.  The best of luck to all new self-employed individuals, it is not an easy task to start your own business, but it is nowhere near impossible!
