While everyone is watching our pennies and pounds and battling to make ends meet, it is nice to be able to take a night off from the kitchen and treat yourself and your family to a meal in a restaurant.  Most people have to forfeit this treat because of the expense, but there are ways to find a good meal at a reasonable price.

When you looking for a good place to have dinner do you automatically go to the corner grill house or do you try out the little family restaurant nestled in the corner of a country road?  The location of the place you chose is important to the price of the drinks as well as the quality of the food served.

Perhaps you have a favorite grill house which has increased their drinks prices and their quality of food has deteriorated, the article on Priceonomics explains why this is essential to the location of the restaurant.

Look for restaurants that focus on the quality of their food and not the drinks, the drinks bill is always higher than the food bill and if a restaurant is focused on drinks they probably not serving great food anyway!
