Tips to stretch $20

We have all been in the situation where we only have a few dollars and we need to provide meals for the household until the next pay check comes in. A lot of people feel trapped and resort to taking out loans or going on semi starvation diets, especially if there are children, ill or elderly members of the household.

Here are some great tips on how to feed a family of three for $20 a week without having to skip any meals. Remember that food does not have to be elegant or suitable for royalty, so long as you have three meals a day you will stay healthy while you get the household to the next pay check.
