We all know that having your flight delayed is frustrating and inconvenient at the best of times, but now there is a way for you to get some compensation for any flights that fall into the qualifying criteria from February 2005 to date. It is important to know your rights as a consumer, and the legal routes you have available to you for compensation when things do not go according to plan. The criteria for qualifying flights is strict, but if you have been on a flight since 2005 which has been delayed it would be worth your time to put in the effort and check whether or not you fall into the category for compensation.

For full details on the compensation given and how to determine whether or not your flight delay does fall into the category for compensation, read the article I read on The Telegraph
