Weekly Wrap 26/07/2013

by Leave a Comment

It is the last full week of the month and it has been an exceptionally stressful week!  Most people in the corporate world find that the busiest week of the month is the last week of the month as everyone is rushing about trying to get things finished to meet deadlines before the start of the new month, and then the last weekend of the month is often spent dashing around paying bills and doing grocery shopping for the month ahead, so the busy week rolls into the busy weekend and by the time the next week is on our doorstep everyone is feeling exhausted!

Although we all know this is the same series of events that happen month in and month out, there are not often plans implemented to change the cycle.  Wouldn’t it be wonderful to have a weekend off as the last weekend of the month instead of joining the thousands of people shopping?  Maybe that is a topic for another time, but in the meantime all we can offer is the reading material for your afternoon after that shopping spree and the reward for no aisle rage!

Some of the top stories this week were:

Tips to Save on data while abroad

Recovering from Recession

Save on back to school costs

10 reasons to have a spending cleanse

Mortgage preparation

Now that you have some great articles to read,  kick back and relax for some time, let the weekend be the weekend for this week and think of ways to change the month end madness to improve your health and lifestyle and maybe even save you some money, till next week!
